Returns

We offer a 7-day return window for all items purchased on PrimeVogue. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 days of receiving them. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be in new and unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and labels.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
• Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our customer service team at help@primevogue.online with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided in the return instructions.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and a full refund or exchange for the damaged item.
